Background
Moben Kitchens, the UK’s leading fitted furniture specialist wanted to both build on an established creative platform – ask your Moben designer and deliver the new group proposition – & YOU.
The Moben campaign was developed with Dolphin bathrooms and Sharps Bedrooms to unite the HomeForm Group brands under one proposition. However each brand had difference emphasis placed upon it to deliver its core competitive difference – in Moben’s case this was their commitment to the individual design.
Objective
To create both a unifying and differentiating campaign that would take the brand forward with an unprecedented emphasis on service.
To launch the new Walnut kitchen.
Insight
We all dream about a new kitchen but getting the kitchen that reflects your needs is a long and demanding process. Having a dedicated person/team to inspire and support you means the dream won’t turn into a nightmare
Strategy
We created the & YOU concept which puts the consumer at the heart of the communication and expressed the proposition as:
Only Moben works with you from idea to installation and beyond to ensure your kitchen completely reflects your needs, tastes, home and life
Campaign
We created a new TV ad that really brought to life the & YOU strategy by using real life insights to engage consumers and show the range of bathrooms that Moben had to offer.
We then brought this to life though the entire shopper journey from brochure to website to home interest press to national press to the retail environment.
Results
Initial results were brilliant. But then the sudden and much publicised collapse of Moben’s parent company, the HomeForm Group meant that the advertising was cancelled. It was a great start and could have been an even better future!
