The problem
The Transcontinental Group own two garden centres, Trebaron & Sefton Meadows which were under performing and also both of them are within a 10minute drive of another ’Garden Centre of Excellence’.
They wanted to inject new thinking into their marketing activity and reinvigorate their teams.
The solution
We had a two pronged attack. Phase 1 a full strategic review of their retail marketing startegy with recommendations on improvements. Phase 2 a Retail Reinvigoration workshop; involving the key department heads the session focused on retail basics that would give them a short term lift, whilst providing the foundations.
